We use a combination of chemical and magnetic extraction to boost the performance of the power flush machine. Included also in our standard power flushing price is the inclusion of a MagnaClean filter (valued at approx. £90.00). This filter will continue to extract iron oxide from the system and thereby offer future long term protection.
Average price for this service is £375.00.
The photo to the right shows the magnetic extraction unit hard at work. You may think that flushing the system with clean water is enough but only by passing the boiler circulating water through a magnetic filter can you be sure that harmful metallic deposits have been removed.
Landlord's Gas Safety Inspection
We can look after your rental portfolio, not only with the annual gas safety inspection but also with ongoing breakdown cover. Typical costs for your annual inspection are £37.50 to include certificate and inspection of the primary heating system with a cost of £12.50 per additional gas appliance. Discounts may apply to landlord's with a large portfolio.
